Askar Fadhilah is a graphic and type designer who specializes in creating brush-style fonts with a strong Japanese influence. Since 2019, he has focused on crafting expressive, hand-drawn typefaces inspired by comic books, anime, and the traditional shop signs found across Japan. Outside of designing, he enjoys watching travel videos and playing city-building games, both of which inspire new ideas and help him bring more personality and atmosphere into every font he creates.
